Pathways to Intimacy

This workshop is an experiential adventure. Together we explore how to be authentic and deepen our relationships with ourselves and others.

We start the day by creating a safe and trusting environment. The day builds through a series of one-on-one and group processes. Being open to your own individual experience is the key to having a day that is rich and rewarding, in a way that is intimate and relaxed, beneficial and fun. You can only get this workshop right, because your experience is your experience and has to be right for you. Some one else's experience will be right for them and may well be totally different - both are valid and will be respected.

Regardless of your age, experience, or sexual preference, whether you are single or in a committed relationship - join us for a workshop that could be a turning point in your life!

This profound day is about:

  • Learning to ask for what you want.
  • Saying "no" or "yes" and setting your own boundaries without guilt.
  • Increasing clarity, honesty and trust in relationships.
  • Increasing self esteem.
  • Examining and shedding old blocks and barriers to love and intimacy.
  • Learning to be more in touch with your feelings.
  • Discovering the power in opening up to others beyond your judgments.
  • Letting go of/moving beyond the fear of reaching out to people.

I try to take the "OUCH" factor out of this self enquiry and believe it or not, this workshop can be fun as well as giving you valuable life tools.

I look forward to meeting you and sharing this life-changing day with you---maybe it's time to ask for more of what you want in your relationships.
